I saw it first while scrolling Facebook Friday morning. A sparkly Hypnosis friend of mine posted her adorable holiday picture. And then I saw it again posted by a flashy radio friend. It took only two suggestions and I was hooked!

You see the result of the peer pressure!! Repetition works.

In Hypnosis we call it direct-drive suggestion. Repeating a suggestion several (to many) times to help it stick. You also see it regularly in daily Hypnosis that is referred by other names: marketing, advertising, promotion, preaching, teaching, parenting, etc.

Now, you can be curious about how often you move in any given direction because you’ve been hypnotized by repetition.
